Pricing
ESTATE SALES
40% Commission on the gross proceeds of all items sold during the sale.
This commission includes sorting/organizing, limited cleaning, staging, pricing, advertising, conducting the sale, and clearing out after the sale.
No up-front payment required.
POST-SALE CLEANING SERVICES
After a sale, I offer the following cleaning services:
Basic Clean - Starting @ $120
Specific price TBD based on size + condition of home
A light clean - wipe counters, sinks, clean toilets, sweep/vacuum & mop floors
Deep Clean - Starting @ $250
Specific price TBD based on size + condition of home
A Basic Clean + the following, as applicable: tops and insides of cabinets; fronts of cabinets; light fixtures & ceiling fans; blinds; interior windows; front and back door exterior glass; mirrors; bathtubs; baseboards; kitchen appliances; HVAC return vent covers; garage shelves; sweep/blow off garage floor.
Location
I am located in Weatherford, OK, but I am happy to travel within a 10 mile radius at no extra charge.
For clients more than 10 miles away, a mileage fee of 72.5 cents/mile (over the 10 mile radius) per trip to the location will be added.
